REGULATION ACCES FUN TIME IN MARBELLA
By purchasing a ticket, the Participant declares that he/she has read, understands and agrees to abide by these Rules.

ESSENTIAL INFORMATION:
Public access to the hall will be allowed from 18:30. Spectators are advised to arrive at the MARBELLA ARENA before 18:00 to avoid queues at the entrance.
Concert-goers are asked to travel to the Arena Hall on foot, by public transport or by taxi, due to the limited number of parking spaces in the area. In case participants arrive at the concert in their personal cars, the organisers point out that the MARBELLA ARENA car park will be closed for security reasons.
Children under the age of 10 have free entry to the Party Zone, i.e. to all seating categories, if they sit in the arms of an adult companion. Children over 10 years of age will pay adult price ticket. Minors must be accompanied by at least one adult.
The organizer guarantees ONLY the validity of tickets sold by FUN TIME PRODUCTION through the authorized seller www.entradas.com , as well as from www.funtime.art or www.marbellaarena.com. Details are provided on www.funtime.art

Access to the MARBELLA ARENA is FORBIDDEN with: food, drinks of any kind, umbrellas, glass, plastic or metal containers (except medicines* contained in glass or plastic bottles up to 100 ml), perfumes, sprays, deodorants, etc., cameras and video cameras (with the exception of cameras and video cameras in mobile phones and GoPro cameras), pets, flag or banner poles made of hard materials and/or longer than 1 metre, objects that generate loud noises such as megaphones, vuvuzelas and whistles, blunt and/or potentially dangerous objects (knives, knives, chains, sticks, batons, firearms, slingshots, etc.), and other objects that may be used in the home.), laser pointers - laser pointers and strobe lights, explosive or incendiary materials, irritants or paralysing substances/personal protection sprays, drugs, more than one piece of luggage with a maximum capacity of 25 litres (must fit under the seat - for those in the stands). All participants will pass a body check at the entrance. If a participant refuses the check, the Organiser reserves the right not to allow him/her to enter the MARBELLA ARENA.

Participation in the event is at the participant's own risk, and participants declare by their presence that they are physically and mentally fit. Thus, persons with mental or physical disorders for whom crowded areas, loud noises, special sound, visual and audio effects represent a risk, assume full responsibility for any damage they may suffer by participating in the event.
The event will start at 20:00. Between the artists' concerts there will be breaks of approx. 10 minutes, animated with 80s music. The starting and finishing times of any FUN TIME IN MARBELLA concerts, as well as the order of the artists' performances, announced in advance, may be unilaterally changed by the Organiser, and the Participant shall not be entitled to claim compensation in the event of such changes.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
By purchasing a ticket, the Participant declares that he/she has read, understands and agrees to abide by these Rules.
These Regulations apply to the organisation and running of the FUN TIME IN MARBELLA event (hereinafter referred to as the Concert), organised by FUN TIME PRODUCTION SRL (hereinafter referred to as the Organiser). The Regulations contain the provisions that each participant in the event must comply with and his/her obligations in relation to the Organiser and the other participants in FUN TIME IN MARBELLA The Regulations can be accessed at www.funtime.art , section Regulations.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time without prior notice to the Participant. Any modification will be posted on the event website www.funtime.art and will be effective immediately upon posting.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes of any kind to the event, including changing a maximum of 1 of the 4 artists announced in advance, if this change is based on reasons of unilateral cancellation by an artist. The participant is not entitled to claim compensation in the event of such changes either.
I. CATEGORIES OF TICKETS AND THEIR PURCHASE
TICKET CATEGORIES
1.1 Tickets can be purchased online at www.entradas.com and from www.funtime.art or www.marbellaarena.com . Details are available on www.funtime.art
1.2 The Organiser reserves the right to change the price of tickets without prior notice.
1.3 Children under the age of 10 have free admission to FUN TIME IN MARBELLA, i.e. to all categories with seating, if they sit in the arms of the accompanying adult. Children over 10 years of age will pay the adult ticket price. Minors must be accompanied by at least one adult. At the request of the persons responsible for security and monitoring and of the Organiser's representatives, the accompanying adult must present documents (school card, passport or any other document containing the minor's photo) proving the minor's age.
1.4 The organizer guarantees ONLY the validity of tickets sold by FUN TIME PRODUCTION SRL through the authorized seller www.entradas.com

1.5 If counterfeit or forged tickets/invitations/bracelets are discovered, the Organiser will refer the matter to the competent prosecution authorities.
1.6 Purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-returnable.
1.7 Tickets purchased may only be used for personal use. By exception, purchased tickets may be used for commercial purposes, such as for the organisation of promotional campaigns, offering tickets as prizes for competitions, etc., only with the prior written consent of the Organiser. Failure to comply with this obligation will result in the cancellation of tickets used for commercial purposes and the responsible persons will be obliged to compensate the damage thus created.
BUYING TICKETS
2.1 Tickets can be purchased online at www.entradas.com / www.funtime.art / www.marbellaarena.com . Payment can only be made by bank card and the ticket will only be issued once payment has been confirmed. Afterwards, participants will receive the ticket in online format to the e-mail address provided.
2.2 The purchase of tickets from the authorised partner www.entradas.com shall be made in accordance with the terms and conditions issued by them. The Authorised Partner is entitled to charge an administration fee on top of the normal ticket price.
2.3 Tickets can also be purchased at the Marbella Arena ticket office located in Avda. Pilar Calvo in Marbella. Details are provided on www.marbellaarena.com
EVENT PARTICIPATION
ACCESS TO THE CONCERT
1.1 Public access to the hall will be allowed from 18:30. We recommend that spectators arrive at the MARBELLA ARENA before 18:00 to avoid queues at the entrance.

1.2 Tickets marked GROUND FLOOR SEATS - A, B or C or LOWER or UPPER RING (depending on the type of ticket purchased) will allow them access to the concert hall. For VIP Boxes there will be a separate access entrance. Tickets are non-transferable and non-transferable! Participants are obliged to keep their tickets for the duration of the event. The Organiser reserves the right (through its employees) to check the tickets whenever it deems necessary, both at the entrance to the concert venue and throughout the concert area. Maintaining the integrity of the ticket is the sole responsibility of the participant, who is solely liable in case of loss, damage or destruction of the ticket.
1.3 Participants are obliged to notify the Organiser's representatives of any defect in the ticket at the time of its receipt and to request its replacement or to have the non-conformity rectified immediately. Failure to do so shall remove the Organiser's liability for the condition of the ticket and the Participant shall lose the right to request its replacement.
The Organiser will not replace tickets damaged or lost by Participants. Participants with damaged tickets lose the right to be in the event area and will be excluded from the event area. In case of loss or damage of any kind to the ticket, the Participant is obliged to purchase a new ticket if he/she wishes to remain in the event area.
1.4 Entrance/exit from the Concert perimeter is only through the specially arranged areas, by validating the ticket. For safety reasons, Participants who have purchased tickets with a seat in the stands will NOT have access to ZONES ( A, B or C ).
1.5 Participation in the event is at the participant's own risk, and participants declare by their presence that they are physically and mentally fit. Thus, persons with mental or physical disorders for whom crowded areas, loud noises, special sound, visual and audio effects represent a risk, assume full responsibility for any damage they may suffer by participating in the event.
The organiser draws the attention of participants to the fact that the performances may also include strong light effects, which could harm children or people with epilepsy.

1.7 If, as a result of the checks at the entrance or during the Concert, objects are found that do not comply with the Regulations, they will be confiscated and will not be returned. Participants have the right to return from the control and leave the items in question in an area outside the Concert (e.g. car, external accommodation area, etc.) or to dispose of them in the bins specially provided for such items. Exceptions are illegal or illegally held items.
1.8 If illegal objects (e.g. drugs, narcotics) or illegal possession (e.g. firearm held without a permit) are found on a person, the competent authorities will be notified and the necessary measures will be taken. If, following the control, legally owned weapons are found, the participant will not be allowed access to the concert venue, as this is contrary to the Regulations.
MINORS
2.1 If parents choose to bring their children with them, they do so at their own risk. We also recommend that parents provide children under 10 years of age with safety helmets.
2.2 Children under the age of 10 are admitted free of charge if they are accompanied by an adult. Children over 10 years of age will pay an adult ticket price. Minors must be accompanied by at least one adult.
2.3 In any event, the Organiser shall not be held responsible for any incident or accident involving minors, the entire responsibility resting with the minors and/or the parents/person exercising parental authority. The Organiser draws the attention of parents/guardians to the fact that they are responsible for the supervision of minors and will be held liable for any damage resulting from failure to comply with this obligation.
2.4 Minors are prohibited from consuming alcoholic beverages and cigarettes.
2.5 At the request of the persons responsible for security and monitoring, as well as the Organiser's representatives, the accompanying person is obliged to present documents (student card, passport or any other document containing the minor's photo) proving the minor's age.
THE EVENT
3.1 The event will start at 20:00. There will be breaks of approx. 10 - 20 minutes, animated with 80s music. The starting and ending times of any FUN TIME IN MARBELLA concerts, as well as the order of the artists' performances, announced in advance, may be changed unilaterally by the Organiser, and the Participant shall have no right to claim compensation in the event of such changes.
3.2 The organiser advises participants that in extreme weather conditions, heavy rain, hail, thunder, lightning, etc. there is a possibility that the exits from the Concert may be crowded, which is why they should remain calm. In all these situations, participants must follow and comply with any communications or instructions from the Organiser or representatives belonging to the Emergency Situations Inspectorate.
RULES OF CONDUCT AT THE CONCERT
4.1 All participants must abide by the social rules, laws and regulations listed in these Rules. Participants are not permitted to engage in any activities that may endanger or in any way affect the safety or rights of other participants. The Organiser accepts no liability for any damage (material or physical) caused by failure to comply with the Rules and may claim compensation from persons guilty of breaching the Rules.
4.2 Trafficking or consumption of drugs is illegal, strictly prohibited and will be punished according to the laws in force.
4.3 Participants are obliged to keep the interior space, seats, accessories and fittings in the hall, hallways, toilets, including buildings of any kind, intact within the Concert venue, without causing any damage or destruction.
4.4 The organizer has the right of image rights over the entire event and may use the photo and video images, taken by its own staff, in various materials produced during and after the event.
Participants note that the Organiser, Contractual Partners authorised by the Organiser, its associates, members of the press, other Participants and other Third Parties may make audio and video recordings of the event. Therefore, all Participants, by virtue of their participation in the event, grant the Organiser (and those authorised by the Organiser), by acknowledging these Rules, express permission for the recording and publication of their image, appearance and actions. The person who makes the recordings in accordance with the aforementioned rules shall obtain transferable and exclusive rights of use in respect of the Participants' recordings, any presentation of such images must be in connection with the event. The Organiser and persons authorised by the Organiser shall have the unrestricted right to profit from, use (in particular for the purpose of promoting the Event), copy, publish, publicly perform, publicly broadcast and distribute such recordings of Participants, without having to pay Participants for doing so. Participants expressly note that the Organiser may record the event, concerts and programmes, copy the recordings and distribute them by image-bearing means, broadcast them or make them public repeatedly, by means of cable transmission or by any other means (e.g. via YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Participants are not entitled, within the limits of the legal provisions, to raise claims against the Organiser in connection with the recordings and their publication as provided for above.
4.5 Participants are allowed to make audio and image recordings at the event, but only with a sound and image recording device embedded in a smartphone or tablet used for personal purposes or with other non-professional equipment. Participants may not, without the prior consent of the Organiser, sell, use for a consideration or use free of charge but for commercial purposes, the voice and image recordings they have made. The Organiser is expressly not liable for any breach of the above rules by other Participants. The Organiser reserves the right to set up areas/locations with prohibited photography/filming. In case of non-compliance, the Organiser has the right to confiscate the camera/video until the end of the event and to delete the respective recordings. It is strictly forbidden to hover drones over the Concert or to mount professional filming equipment.
4.6 Any form of economic, commercial or advertising activity is prohibited in the perimeter of the event - including the area in front of the event entrance gates - without prior written permission from the organizer.
4.7 The sale of alcoholic beverages must comply with the provisions of the law and no such beverages may be offered to minors under the age of 18 and to intoxicated persons by any Event Contract Partner. The use of substances classified as prohibited drugs under applicable law is prohibited in the event areas and is punishable by law.
4.8 Demonstrations of any kind, unrelated to the event, regardless of the number of participants, are prohibited unless the Organiser has given prior written approval. Such approval is given by the Organiser at its own discretion, based on the prior request of the Organiser of that demonstration.
4.9 The use of fire by any means (atmospheric fires or any other open fire methods, fireworks) and flammable materials is forbidden on or near the entire perimeter of the Concert.
4.10 In the event area, authorized and appropriately qualified employees of the Organizer or its Contractual Partners shall ensure the application of the rules of conduct and safety. Participants expressly undertake, by virtue of their participation in the event, that they will cooperate fully with these persons within the limits of the law and will comply with their instructions at the event in the event of an emergency or if other significant circumstances (e.g. for public health reasons) warrant it.
4.11 Both free Services and Products and Services and Products for which a fee is charged may be used at the Event. Participants undertake to pay for all Services and Products for which payment is charged and assume responsibility for immediate payment of all prices and purchase fees due.
Participants shall make payment for Goods and Services for which payment is charged using the payment methods offered by the organiser or the Contractual Partners. If the Organiser so decides, at the Event Venue all prices and purchase fees will be payable exclusively by methods designated by the Organiser instead of cash.
Participants expressly note that they may also purchase Products and Services in connection with the event that are offered by other Contractual Partners and not by the organiser. In such cases, the contract is concluded directly between the Participant and the Contractual Partner and the rights and obligations arising from the legal relationship apply exclusively to the Participant and the Contractual Partner. Participants expressly confirm that they may not raise any claims against the Organiser in connection with the Products and Services in question or in connection with the contract for those Products and Services.
The Organiser also generally declares that it is not liable in any way in relation to the Products and Services provided by the Contractual Partners. Participants may use the Services and Products provided by the Contractual Partners solely at their own risk. The Organiser accepts no liability for any damage arising from or suffered in connection with the purchase or use of Services and Products provided by Contract Partners.
4.12 Access to other areas of the venue, except those specially arranged for the Concert, is prohibited.
LOST PROPERTY
5.1 Lost and found objects can be brought to the INFO Point in MARBELLA ARENA The owners of these objects can recover them by following a procedure of the Organiser which consists of identifying the person and the lost object. After the Concert, the Organiser will keep the unrecovered items for a maximum period of 1 day from the moment of delivery to the INFO Point.
5.2 The Organiser is not obliged to ensure the storage of the goods for a period longer than one day nor to ensure the delivery of the goods to the owners.
5.3 In the case of perishable or rapidly deteriorating products, the one-day time limit may be reduced by the Organiser without prior notice.
SECURITY. FIRST AID
6.1 Within the Concert grounds, the Organiser shall provide security and safety through a partner qualified and accredited to do so. During the event, participants are obliged to respect the security guards, cooperate with them and follow their instructions in case of emergency.
6.2 In the event of incidents of violence or endangering the physical integrity of other persons, security personnel may decide to evacuate the persons involved from the premises where the event is taking place.
6.3 On the territory of the Concert there are first-aid teams, signposted and indicated on the map, in case of need, in which qualified persons will operate. The Participant consents to be given such medical treatment as may be deemed appropriate in the event of injury, accident or illness during the Event and fully indemnifies the Organiser and all persons involved in providing such medical treatment from any such actions, within the limits of the legal provisions.
6.4 The Organiser must take appropriate measures so that Participants are informed about the prevention and protection measures and activities within the event area.
6.5 Each Participant is obliged to behave in a civilised manner towards other Participants in the Event. In particular, in order to ensure the smooth running of the event, Participants have the following obligations:
immediately notify the security team and/or the Organiser's representatives of any situation which they have good reason to consider a danger to the safety and health of Participants;
to inform the security team and/or the Organiser's representatives of any incidents suffered by his/her person;
cooperate with the security team and/or representatives of the Organiser, competent authorities, volunteers, to ensure that the event runs smoothly and without risks to health and safety;
comply with the provisions of health and safety legislation and enforcement measures;
The participant who observes a fire is obliged to notify by any means the security team and/or the Organizer's representatives to contain and extinguish the fire;
in the event of a fire, any Participant is obliged to render assistance.
WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES
The organizer guarantees access and use of the Concert services to any participant holding a valid ticket.
The dates of the Concert may be changed unilaterally by the Organiser in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. The dates of the Concert will not be changed in the event of unfavourable weather conditions (rain, storms, etc.).
If, for reasons beyond the Organiser's control (force majeure), one of the concerts included in FUN TIME IN MARBELLA (but not all) is cancelled, the spectators will not be entitled to a refund of the ticket price.
In the event of war, terrorist attack, accident, fire, natural disaster, earthquake, flood, major short circuit, epidemic, or other events that cannot be foreseen or controlled by the Organizer or the Participant, neither party shall be bound by the obligations of these Rules.
The organiser is not responsible for actions that take place outside the Concert Venue.
Participants will be held liable for any damage caused to the Organiser, its collaborators or third parties by non-compliance with the legal provisions or the provisions of these Rules.
The organizer has the right, with immediate effect, to prohibit access of a participant to the Concert Venue in whole or in part, or to ask the participant to leave the Concert Venue, in case of violation of the present rules or of a law in force in Spain.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Organiser owns all intellectual property rights to the trade names, logos, e-mail addresses, domain names or URLs, graphics, as well as materials, texts and all information, whether registered or not, on www.funtime.art or other online channels/platforms connected with the FUN TIME IN MARBELLA event. These may not be used, transferred, assigned, modified or distributed without the express written consent of the Organiser. The Organiser also holds the intellectual property rights to all works made by its collaborators and/or employees in the framework of the Concert, such as photographs, videos, texts, graphics, etc.
The organizer will have no liability of any kind for:
Any kind of damage (direct or indirect) resulting from the use or inability to use the information presented on the website in connection with the event;
Any type of errors or omissions in the content that may cause damage.
The organizer, without any prior notice, may delete, modify or add any information on the website and social media, suspend any activity on the website and social media, and where reference is made to other websites, platforms, social media or pages created on social media, the organizer does not in any way guarantee and/or confirm the type of information that may be found on these sites.
The organiser is also not responsible for comments posted by users on the website or social media. Any information, data, text, photos, graphics, etc. contained on the website/own pages created on social media are the responsibility of the person/entity from which it originates.
VII. LEGAL RELATIONSHIP
These Rules apply to both Authorised and Non-Authorised Participants.
By purchasing a ticket and participating in the event, the Participant declares that he/she has read, understands and agrees to abide by these Rules and the Organiser's conditions for monitoring compliance. Acceptance of these Rules marks the end of the contractual relationship between the Authorised Participants and the Organiser.
Unauthorised participants will have no rights whatsoever in relation to the Organiser, as the Organiser does not enter into a contractual relationship with them and does not assume any obligations towards them.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time without prior notice to the Participant. Any modification will be posted on the event website www.funtime.art and at the entrance to the event venue, and will be immediately applicable after posting. The Organiser advises Participants to monitor changes to these Rules.
IMPORTANT!
It is strictly forbidden to sell or buy invitations or to sell tickets at a premium. The organiser reserves the right to penalise those found to be engaging in such activities and to cancel the tickets. The organiser only guarantees the validity of tickets sold through the contractual partners' networks or through its own points of sale.
